Pricing is based on a formula that includes many variables. We do /have a standard pricing for tables and consoles while large items and unique shapes are at discretion.

Minimum pricing for non - gloss painting furniture work is 650$. Gloss work minimum pricing is 950$. This is necessary minimum so that we can continue to provide custom work to our customers. It also ensures that custom colors, design consultations, and issues such as transportation and possibly temporary storage can be accounted for.

The most important piece of information to know before refinishing a vintage piece is that it is not for every consumer. We try our best to be up front about repair work that will be done to the piece, but it is important to remember that vintage furniture has imperfections. We are only responsible for painting/ refinishing of a piece unless other scope of repair work is agreed upon ahead of starting project. We do offer repair services but this is billed separately at an hourly rate. Every customer has different expectations and concerns, so it is important to discuss these before starting this process.

In Baton Rouge, transportation can be arranged. If picking up a piece of vintage sold through our store, the customer is responsible for transportation.

Our paint finishes and processes are some of the best on the market. We have a thorough process of degreasing, sanding, priming, and topcoating with enamel industrial grade products. We are a water based paint shop and use only some solvents for primers.

Custom lacquer furniture projects and work is warrantied for workmanship (not integrity of a client owned piece) for one year. If a finish fails an adhesion test (ATSM 3B is our standard although adhesion is often better) the piece can be repaired under warranty. Accidental damage cannot be covered under warranty.

All discounted work voids warranty and item is transferred to customer in “as is” condition.
